An alliance of food manufacturers, retailers and foodservice operators announce the release of a toolkit to help businesses in the food sector reduce the amount of food waste sent to landfill.
The shortening and buttery spread are packaged in BPA-free containers. The unrefined red palm oil is packed in an amber jar rather than a clear glass jar to help preserve the nutrients.
