Kroger and Walgreens are expanding their exploratory pilot of Kroger Express and Kroger Pickup to 35 Knoxville, Tennessee-area Walgreens stores and launch the sale of Walgreens' own-brand health and beauty products at 17 Kroger stores in the region.
