Tri-Seal, a Tekni-Plex business, has appointed Brian Jacobi as vice president and general manager of its North America operations. Jacobi will be responsible for the North America closure liners business.

Tekni-Plex Inc. has developed Sniff Seal technology, the first liner to enable scent permeation through an induction seal closure liner without affecting the seal or compromising the contents.
