On April 24, Rhode Island Governor Gina Raimondo, University of Rhode Island (URI) President David M. Dooley, Toray Plastics (America) President and CEO Mike Brandmeier, URI College of Engineering Dean Raymond Wright, and Kalvin Cho, a URI College of Engineering student, broke ground on the construction of a new, $125 million engineering complex at URI.

Toray Plastics (America) Inc. announces that Christopher Roy (pictured left) has been promoted to the position of senior vice president and general manager of the Torayfan® Division. The company also announces that John Eustis (pictured right) has been named vice president of engineering and procurement.
