MillerCoors has found a new way to “protect” its Miller Lite bottles and cans. The Taste Protector Cap, found on bottles, features a special seal to lock out air and lock in taste, while preventing the beer from ever touching metal. The same idea applies to Miller Lite cans, where a Taste Protector Lid provides a barrier to block out the metal can taste while sealing in the beer’s taste. The new packaging made its debut on Miller Lite beer bottles and cans this spring.
