ProMach strengthens its robotics and integrated solutions and enhances robotic service capabilities with the acquisition of Quest International, a provider of robotic integration solutions.
The addition of Wisconsin-based Quest expands ProMach’s capacity for sophisticated robotics projects, enhances ProMach’s robust robotics support competencies, and strengthens its integrated solutions capabilities for a wide range of applications.
Founded in 2001, Quest is a full-service robotic integrator specializing in automation solutions in food, beverage, plastics, metal and other industries needing to automate, better utilize floor space and improve flexibility of their production lines. Quest offers leading solutions for dairy, produce and other markets installed across North America and beyond. The company's unique robotic solutions include applications in pick and place, cup filling, knife cutting, vacuum sealing, case erecting, tray forming, palletizing, vision and verification systems and more — including bundling multiple application technologies into a single robotic packaging cell. Quest systems are capable of direct food contact with USDA compliant and wash-down designs.

Don Wickstrum, founder & CEO of Quest, will join ProMach as vice president of Business Development for Robotic Solutions. Current Quest president, Bill Weichmann, will join ProMach as vice president and general manager of Quest. ProMach will continue to invest in Quest’s team and operations to strengthen the company's portfolio and accelerate growth and support capabilities in key markets.
