What makes local, seasonal, small batch beer even better? Cans bursting with personality and brand essence to transport the beer back home! The Skidmore Studio (skidmorestudio.com) designs for Eastern Market Brewing Co. gave beer drinkers a reason to spend a little more time with the brand outside the taproom.

Inspired by the EMBC mascot—a huge, friendly elephant—the cans feature large graphics and text that can only be realized by rotating the can in your hand. A large white beer tap shape provides a functional space to write out beer flavor, ABV and “Enjoy by” date. The cans will be labeled with a marker, filled and sealed at the brewery on the spot. The three 12 oz. cans each have a unique personality, but all share enough commonality to create a functional system.
