A new custom stainless steel Material Master™ bulk bag discharging system was launched by Material Transfer (materialtransfer.com). patented system features the exclusive stainless steel Flo-Master™ bulk bag massaging system to promote positive material flow. The Flo-Lock™ discharge spout closure system quickly halts material flow for partial bag discharge, allowing bag to be retied and removed.

The unit features a stainless steel Sure-Seal™ spout clamping system for dust-tight material discharge, and a stainless steel product clean "pass through" design discharge transition. Unit includes a stainless steel bulk bag support pan with tubular stainless steel supports for operator safety. Controls housed in a stainless steel NEMA 4X rated electrical enclosure.
