This Detroit, MI artisan pickle brand is a family owned company that produces a variety of pickles, bloody mary mix and potato chips. The company makes the bloody mary mix and pickles in its 20,000 square foot facility in Detroit, MI. We visited the company to see the fresh (predominantly local) cucumbers make their way into a pickle jar, and then get pasteurized, cooled, labeled and case packed. McClure’s distributes its products nationally and internationally.
