Totani Corporation’s (www.totaniamerica.com)  new 2-lane BH-60D-CT pouch making machine will feature the new real time cutter control system which eliminates “hooks and burrs” on rounded pouch corners. It will also facilitate “full bleed” print on pouches, eliminating flexo plate breaks.

High quality, small to large format stand-up pouches, 1-lane from one web or 2 lanes with inserted bottom gusset webs, can be made. Zipper options are available.

These unique capabilities expand production applications and maximize the machinery investment.
