Purdey’s receives a contemporary rejuvenation in the UK.
Purdey’s, the original rejuvenating drink, has been updated and enhanced with stylish, contemporary new packaging by brand design specialistsBlue Marlin.
The new look captures Purdey’s classic look while incorporating the brand’s missions and beliefs. The design is meant to bring the brand into greater prominence and is just beginning to roll out in the UK. The bottle remains brown glass with shrink wrap labeling and is sold individually, retailing for £1.39 ($2.22) a bottle.
Originally launched in 1992 in the UK, the drink is made up of fruit juice, spring water, vitamins and botanical extracts. It soon carved out a distinctive market positioning and gained a loyal, if relatively small following. Its proposition is even more relevant today than it was at launch and Britvic, which bought the brand in 2002, is ready to spread the word – particularly to shoppers on the go. Purdey’s is sold in supermarket chains and convenience stores in the UK.
