ConAgra Foods has rolled out a new line of Healthy Choice frozen entrees with enhancements to the packaging’s functionality and appearance. The new Healthy Choice offerings feature a steam-release vent in the tray’s flexible cover that allows the product to cook with no need to peel the cover or stir the contents . The tray itself is transparent, for a better view of the product. The outer carton has a vertical orientation, unusual for frozen entrees, for better shelf presence. The new line comes in eight flavors and has suggested retail prices from $2 to $2.79.
