Nestlé is introducing a new, premium extension for its Wonka chocolate line with a lavish sweepstakes. Wonka Exceptionals chocolate bars and minis are being launched with Golden Tickets hidden in 10 flowrapped chocolate tablet bars and/or bags of mini-candies. The Golden Tickets each award the finder, plus three friends, a trip around the world-a prize valued at $40,000. There are also 3,919 “purple tickets” for prizes ranging from $500 airline vouchers to free product. The metallized polyester wrapping for the bar features a starburst callout promoting the sweepstakes. Wonka Exceptionals, rolled out in March, come in three flavors and sell for suggested retail prices of $2.39 for a 3.5-ounce tablet bar and $4.29 for an 8.5- to 9.5-ounce bag of minis.
