Hormel has come out with a circular variation of the party sub that can be sliced into individual portions. The Hormel party ring is a 15-ounce circular baguette, filled with pepperoni and provolone cheese, that consumers bake in the oven to brown. The circular shape allows the sandwich to be packaged in a plastic clamshell. The party ring, which serves about eight people, has a suggested retail price of $9.99.
