This system has stainless steel construction and is wash-down safe, fit for all high speed lines. The guarding, with roof and lights, reduces the possibility of cap contamination and is OSHA compliant. It is fully programmable with anAllen Bradley PLCand touchscreen.
The Tote Dumper can be integrated to a Fogg VSE-18 or VSE-30 cap sorter with an extended hopper for a highly efficient cap sorting process. It can be retrofitted to most lines including competitors’ waterfall cap sorters.
