As the benefits of this system have been realized, it has been increased to sanitize all aspects of the filling environment. Now, the Sanibar system also focuses on the change parts and capper, not just the filling bowl and valves. This system allows for periodic sanitizing, between CIP cycles, of the exterior of the filling bowl and lid, valves, lifters, and change parts. These sanitizing cycles are controlled from the filler’s touch screen.
