Ten head auger filler provides a compact solution for multilane filling operations
Building on its line of multilane auger fillers for dispensing powders, granulars, and flakes,Nalbach Engineering Company(www.nalbach.com) announces the release of a 10 head Multilane Auger Filling System, the Model NMAF-M10.
The “M10” dispenses a single product from a common hopper with 10 separate and independently controlled augers / funnels and is suited for multilane filling operations commonly found in the food, pharmaceutical, health & beauty aids, and chemical industries. The system features 10 computer controlled, servo-driven motors and an easy-to-use operator touch screen interface.
The computer controlled, brushless, direct drive servo motor system provides superior fill accuracy and reliability while dramatically reducing mechanical failures and downtime by eliminating most moving parts. The user-friendly graphical menu allows the operator to easily access the product memory for fast set-up and accurate control of all filling operations. The “M10” is a compact system designed for easy integration into most vertical, horizontal, and thermo form-fill-seal machines, as well as many other multiple lane production lines.
The Nalbach multilane system can be configured to match virtually any multilane application. These variables include the number of dispensing / filling heads as well as center distances to compliment any multilane system.
All Nalbach Auger Filling Systems feature self-centering funnels, resulting in faster changeovers and cleaning times, stainless steel product contact parts and aluminum structural parts for exceptional durability, an empty hopper function for quick product changeovers, “Smart Agitator” technology to extend agitator life, product memory capable of storing filling parameters for over 60 SKUs with one button recall and weight set-up software that quickly, easily and automatically sets-up fill parameters.
This new product is available worldwide through Nalbach’s direct sales and manufacturers reps.
