Fogg's F4.1 Series of rotary filling systems is the newest evolution of the F4 Series. These fillers are gear driven with an inline conveyor design like our large models, but still maintain a very small footprint, it takes 40% less floor space than an F6.2. The F4.1 Series is best at accommodating low to moderate filling requirements ranging from 0-330 bottles per minute with a 12 oz. bottle.
Some of the new exciting features that have been put in motion on the F4.1 Series are the clutches, which provide more machine protection than ever before. The base of the machine has been redesigned for improved drainage to provide an additional level of sanitation. The Safety and Sanitation Guarding is completely integrated and comes with several options. These fillers are also capable of neck handling.
Most importantly, the Fogg F4.1 is capable of adding all of Fogg's Extended Shelf Life (ESL) options including the Semi-Automatic One-Way Recovery Trough, Rinser, Safety and Sanitation Guarding, Microb-Blaster®, and Sanibar® and Base Flush system. Because of its innovative design, the F4.1 Series is a great option for many filling applications.
