METTLER TOLEDO will exhibit a variety of its checkweighing, metal detection and X-ray inspection equipment at the upcoming Process Expo in Chicago. The Expo will be held at McCormick Place from September 15-18, and the METTLER TOLEDO equipment will be on display in Booth 6043 in North Hall.

Metal detection systems being exhibited will include gravity flow and pipeline inspection systems as well as METTLER TOLEDO’s unique Profile Advantage system, which employs multi-simultaneous frequency technology to minimize false rejects, making it especially effective when inspecting high-moisture products, including meats and bakery products.

Checkweighing systems will include the C2325 large package checkweigher and the C3572 system, which includes Production Monitoring technology that maximizes productivity. The C3572 also offers extreme washdown conditions protection. Also on exhibit will be the company’s X-ray systems, the X33 and X36 systems for packaged and bulk products.

In addition, METTLER TOLEDO will host an Educational Center at Process Expo. The company has invited experts from BRC, SQF, IFS, and FSSC22000 to join METTLER TOLEDO’s own food safety experts in discussing their latest updates and address a wide range of other food safety topics. Presentations will be open to all attendees at Process Expo 2015.

The Educational Center will be located in Booth 5845 in North Hall at McCormick Place. Topics to be discussed will include sanitary equipment design, label mixup detection and prevention, product traceability and overall inspection system connectivity. Other presentations will cover maximizing OEE in food processing operations, improving metal detection in challengingapplications and using X-Ray inspection as a Critical Control Point (CCP).
