Scott Newell is the Vice President of Polypropylene Markets at RTi. He has over 20 years in the plastics industry and is in his 12th year at RTi. Prior to that, he has a combined total of 11 years as Corporate Resin Manager for two major consumer products companies that managed over 200mm/lbs. of commodity resins. During this time, he developed resin handling systems, compounding and materials lab. Scott is RTi’s resident expert on the N.A and global Polypropylene markets and is regularly quoted providing market trends and strategies to all major plastics industry publications.
