The bags are made by Napco National, a vertically integrated Saudi manufacturer of flexible film and packaging products, using two food-contact certified circular polyethylene resin grades (LLDPE) from SABIC’s TRUCIRCLE™ portfolio.

ExxonMobil, one of the largest PE resin suppliers, and Bonduelle Group collaborated with Constantia Drukpol, a leading polyethylene film converter, to design a new, easier-to-recycle packaging bag. 

This is the first time for AWP™ plates to be used for printing labels in the beverage industry in Japan. 

The goal of the collaboration is to build a pipeline of solutions enabling converters worldwide to produce advanced mono-material packaging.

These new compounds, PHACT™ CA1270P (clear) and PHACT™ CA1240PF (opaque), mark a significant advancement in sustainable flexible packaging, offering excellent performance and environmental benefits.

The new range of versatile Recoflex™ papers are available as a single-ply or laminate in several specifications.
