Amcor Finalizes Purchase of Alusa

Amcor has completed its acquisition of Alusa, South America’s largest flexible packaging company

Alusa has four plants – one each in Chile, Peru, Colombia and Argentina – and generates sales of approximately $375 million U.S.

Amcor now has a unique platform in an important growth region.
