This BOBST inline quality control system inspects every single blank according to specific client criteria, to ensure only zero-fault boxes are delivered.

BOBST will be showcasing pouches produced using oneBARRIER PrimeCycle, a polymer-based mono-material developed by the company and its partners. 

tesa is known for its advanced plate mounting tapes and sleeves, splicing tapes, cushioning foams, and other complementary products used in flexographic printing.

Looking ahead to 2022, digitalization will be the main driver for labels — converters will look for complete end-to-end digitalized solutions to optimize their production floor.

The acquisition is in line with BOBST’s strategic goal of further consolidating its presence in the global gravure printing market.

The three machines on show at the event were the VISION CI flexo press, the solventless NOVA SX 550 LAMINATOR and the MASTER CI flexo press.
