Jacki Hudmon, senior vice president of new business development at Komori America Corp., has been named a 2016 inductee to Idealliance’s Soderstrom Society.
The society – named in honor of the late Walter E. Soderstrom, who was a founding member of the National Association for Printing Leadership – recognizes leaders in the areas of print, mail and fulfillment who have made contributions toward the advancement of the graphic communications industry.
“It’s an incredible honor to be nominated for induction into the Soderstrom Society,” Hudmon says. “The print industry has evolved immensely throughout my career, and it’s a privilege to be recognized alongside 11 other industry leaders as playing a role in the advancement of our field.”
Hudmon has spent 21 years at Komori, with her entire career dedicated to the printing and publishing industry. Most recently serving as senior vice president of sales at the company, Hudmon’s responsibilities included managing Komori’s North American direct sales team and dealer network. Her success in sales management led to her current position as senior vice president of new business development, where she’s responsible for developing and implementing Komori’s digital printing services strategy and the KomoriKare brand of product enhancements and consumables. She also oversees the North America sales team responsible for these product offerings.
“We’re very pleased and proud to have Jacki receive this recognition,” says Kosh Miyao, president and COO of Komori America. “She’s played a vital role in the success of Komori America Corp., and we’re very proud of her achievements.”
