Inland has acquired Valley Label, a Neenah, Wisconsin-based flexographic printing company that produces flexible packaging for customers in the healthy, beauty cosmetics and food insutries. The acquisition follows the recent addition of a flexographic facility in Pennsylvania in October 2015.
"While the acquisition last fall was focused on supporting our rapid growth in the pressure sensitive category, the purchase of Valley Label is motivated by growth in the flexible packaging market, in addition to expanding our shrink and roll-fed label capabilities," says Mark Glendenning, CEO and owner of Inland.
Founded in 2000, Valley Label employs 35 people at its 48,400-square-foot facility in Neenah.
Company officials say Inland plans to capitalize on the newly acquired company by maintaining and growing their existing business, with future plans to include new business. The plant will serve as an addition to Inland's facilities in La Crosse, Wisconsin and Downingtown, Pennsylvania.
