Pro Mach, Inc., an industry-leading integrated packaging solutions company, has acquired New Freedom, Pennsylvania-based EPI Labelers, a dedicated manufacturer of high-quality labeling products for packaging and promotional needs, including the EPI Flex-Pac family of labelers for flexible packaging purposes.

The acquisition was finalized on January 28, 2016.
