Packaging Products Corp. has appointed Chuck Molinski as the company’s new director of purchasing. Molinski will have responsibility for vendor relationships, film purchasing, film inventory and demand forecasting.

Molinski joins PPC from Bryce Corporation, where he was director of purchasing with more than a $300 million dollar annual spend. He also oversaw manufacturing, leading initiatives in continuous process improvements in printing, lamination and finishing.

Molinski was  the chief operating officer at Allied Electrical, where he led the company’s financial and internal operations. He also spent 16 years at Coca-Cola in various positions throughout the United States, Far East, Russia, Italy and Scandinavia. He also led analysis, budgeting and planning at Coke-Cola in the office of the chief financial officer.

Chuck also will help PPC better align our sourcing practices with customer demand so that we can stay ahead of customers’ production schedules through thoughtful planning. Ultimately, these practices allow Packaging Products to provide our customers with superior service at the lowest total cost.”

Molinski holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Memphis and is active in the Memphis Institute for Leadership Education.
