DS Smith Plastics, a division of DS Smith, has appointed Kevin Grogan as CEO of its Flexible Packaging Group. In his new role, Grogan will be responsible for all of the division's worldwide flexible packaging operations.
Grogan joined the Plastics Division in 2011 as president of the Flexible Packaging Group in North America. He has more than 20 years of experience within the packaging industry, including executive roles at Pactiv Corp., Tegrant and SCA Packaging. Grogan holds an M.B.A from the University Of Chicago Booth School Of Business, as well as a Bachelor's degree in finance from the University of Notre Dame.
The Flexible Packaging Group of DS Smith Plastics operates from 11 different manufacturing and sales sites in seven countries, which include Australia, Bulgaria, Germany New Zealand, Slovakia, Thailand and the United States.
