It breaks down data by converter size—large, mid and small. It covers managers, sales and salaried employees. Among key data: average employee health care contribution, salary increases, and salaries at different levels within converter companies.

To gain the report’s benefits, converters have to contribute their data to the report. FPA aggregates it to keep individual responses confidential.
