New Era Converting Machinery Inc. has brought on Gary Greenwood as its director of operations for the Asia Pacific region. Gary’s industry experience and versatility were a natural fit for this position within New Era. Throughout his career he has utilized his leadership, planning, and managerial skills to consistently increase revenues, reduce costs, and drive customer satisfaction. His recent experience includes:
- RCCT: Gary formed and managed international joint ventures which generated superior performance results. As a Six Sigma Green Belt and Champion, Gary was responsible for the technology transfer and technical expertise that supported the joint venture. Gary demonstrated exceptional international relationship building skills and spearheaded the growth of several business units.
- Belton Group: Designed, set up and managed an FCCL (Flexible Copper Clad Laminate) electronics factory with the Belton Group in China. While at Belton, Gary was responsible for R&D, technical support and P&L.
