In a change that’s effective immediately, Constantia Flexibles Labels Division has announced that all of its operating units have been re-branded collectively as “Constantia Flexibles.” The historical business names including Grafo Regia, Haendler & Natermann (and Constantia Label), Novis, Sim’Edit, Spear, CM Labels and H&N Suzhou will continue to be used as site designations, but the company name and brand message is Constantia Flexibles.

The Labels Division’s revenues are in excess of €485 million and includes over 2,000 employees. It operates 19 global facilities including locations in Belgium, Canada, China, France, Germany, Malaysia, Mexico, Romania, the United Kingdom, USA and South Africa.  Product offerings include wet-glue paper, pressure sensitive, shrink, wrap-around, foil, lid labeling and reseal packaging.

“It’s critical that the labels division work together as one if we are to be successful,” says Mike Henry, executive vice president and head of the labels division, which has been organized into Americas, Europe and Asia-Pacific regions. “We have an extensive product portfolio and global footprint that offers a clear and simple vision or interaction with our customers. With the continued consolidation in the FMCG market and associated centralized focus on global brands, there are benefits to everyone if we present a consistent clear image to the customer.”
