Tom Hammer, product manager of North America for Flint Group Packaging and Narrow Web, will deliver a presentation on the advantages of UV LED printing.

 

Hammer says, “UV LED is the future – we strongly believe in this. Printers will see economical, environmental, and safety advantages. UV LED is an ideal fit for shrink applications.”

 

Conference sessions and exhibition will take place on Wednesday and Thursday, April 29-30; with a facility tour to Karlville Development on Wednesday afternoon.

 

Also announcing the first ever AWA sleeve label awards. Converters will compete by submitting their best stretch and/or shrink sleeve labels. The competition is already open and winners and prizes will be announced at the conference in April.
