Plastic Packaging Technologies LLC, a manufacturer of flexible packaging, has hired Bradley Pederson as director of quality assurance and continuous improvement.
“We welcome Brad to our growing team. Brad will lead the organization’s quality management system, with a focus on driving operational excellence initiatives, including product quality and process optimization, productivity improvements and cost savings initiatives,” states David Staker, president and CEO.
Pederson is an experienced manufacturing leader. He previously served in operations and supply chain leadership roles with Corbion, a global leader in biobased food ingredients. Prior to that he served in engineering, supply chain and continuous improvement roles within the Timken Co., a supplier of automotive parts and products.
Pederson holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Iowa State University and a Masters of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Purdue University, as well as an MBA from Case Western Reserve University.
