The presentation will review how to align product labeling to comply with Globally Harmonized System of Classification and Labeling of Chemicals to meet new OSHA Hazard Communication Standards for the fast approaching June 1, 2015 compliance deadline.
 
The webinar will include a general review of GHS, including outlining the new approach in classifying products. It also will offer insight on how the new OSHA HCS will drive labeling changes and how to leverage “sources of truth” for data to produce GHS-compliant labels.

He provides consults with a wide range of businesses regarding product hazard communication, TSCA compliance, and other regulatory areas affecting both manufacturing activities and finished products. He has served as president of the Society for Chemical Hazardous Communication and has received SCHC's Lifetime Achievement Award, and has also been elected a fellow for the Institute of Hazardous Materials Management.
