The 2013 FPA Flexible Packaging Industry Compensation Report, produced by the Flexible Packaging Association, is a key benchmarking tool, comparing wage and benefits of flexible packaging converters to other companies in the flexible packaging industry. The Report provides industry data on wage and benefits for hourly and salaried employees, and company sales representatives in the flexible packaging industry, including average salary levels (company size, region, primary manufacturing operation). Selected job description definitions are included to assist with a more detailed data summary. Data provided in the Report was gathered through the Flexible Packaging Industry Compensation Survey for 2013, in which cross sections of small, mid, large and very large FPA converter members participate. The Report is only available to companies that participate in the survey.
