Silgan White Cap to Introduce Secure-Spout Pouch Technology at Global Pouch Forum

Silgan spout pouch technology Downers Grove, Ill.-based Silgan White Cap, global supplier of vacuum-holding plastic, metal and composite closures, will be introducing its new secure-spout pouch technology at the Global Pouch Forum on June 11-13 in Ft. Lauderdale, Fla. Made from high-density polyethylene, the lighter-weight spout-and-fitment combination – which is designed for cold-fill- and hot-fill applications – is suitable for baby- and adult foods and beverages that are intended to be squeezed or sipped. The fitment also meets anti-choking safety requirements and is available attached to a pouch or separately as a turnkey operation.
