Massman Automation Designs, LLC has announced the release of the new Massman HFS-IM Intermittent Motion FlexPack flexible pouch-filling machine. This newly designed packaging machine will accommodate a wide range of package sizes at speeds from 35-60 pouches per minute. Continuous Motion HFFS-CM form-fill-seal, high-speed machines available up to 200 pouches per minute.
The Massman FiexPack HFS-IM standard design advantages include: custom-sealed bearing pouch transport conveyor that eliminates chain stretch; Allen Bradley servo control on critical elements; modular design for special application requirements; washdown construction as needed per application; fast and repeatable change overs; small footprint to maximize floor space utilization; and the design allows provisions for optional pouch former.
