This new roll cleaner design fits in an area less than 10 inches high by 5 inches deep. The cleaner utilizes servo motor and linear actuator control to clean any length machine roller without stopping, improving safety and reducing downtime. The system is also available with an XP servo motor for solvent areas, if required. The design is capable of cleaning steel or urethane rollers during production and has an operator friendly control interface.
