Union Grove, Wis.-based American Roller’s Plasma Coatings division announced today Mr. Bob McGinnis will join the company as Vice President and General Manager of the company’s global Oil & Gas group.
This follows a twelve month period where the company opened up a new facility in Houston, TX, acquired a complementary business in oil & gas and experienced double-digit organic growth in the sector. Mr. McGinnis will oversee the strategy, sales and operations activity in oil & gas, on a global basis. Previously Mr. McGinnis served various roles at CM Acquisitions and the global consulting firm, AT Kearney.
“The growth of our Plasma Coatings division has exceeded our initial expectations,” said President Dan Cahalane. “Our strong team in place today will benefit greatly from Bob’s leadership and experience. We are looking to take these initial great results and expand at a rapid pace and on a global basis.” Mr. McGinnis will report to Mr. Cahalane and serve as a member of the Executive Leadership team of the parent company, American Roller.
