Eaglewood Technologies upgrades its anilox roll cart used for off-press cleaning. The anilox roll cart option enables the out-of-press system to clean unattended, traversing the roll twice at a constant speed and then shutting off. This system can be quickly and easily transformed to an on-press roll cleaning system.
Technicians are also available for cleaning service in customer’s facilities either on-press or off-press. The Sani-Blast system uses a proprietary blend of Arm and Hammer baking soda media to clean rolls, which is the most effective, gentle and precise method of anilox roll cleaning. Most importantly, it is a completely environmentally friendly method.
