Seville Flexpack Corporation has hired Milwaukee-based TKO Miller to market and sell the 38-year-old company.
As the sales process gets underway, Seville’s interim management team is taking aggressive steps to position the company for growth and expansion.
“Seville has a long history and proud tradition of leading the way in the innovation and development of high performance flexible packaging,” says Laxson Boyd, Seville’s interim CEO. “We’re working hard to build on that foundation—bringing on new customers, investing more than $500,000 in new technologies and expanded capabilities for our presses, making improvements to our plants and developing our team through both hiring and promotion from within.”
