VFFS Machine for Sachet Packaging Can Pack Multiple Products in One

INV Pack, exclusively distributed in North America by Matrix Packaging Machinery (matrixpm.com), introduces the MVA3 compact vertical form fill seal (VFFS) sachet packaging machine for mono doses of cosmetics, food and other products. A pharmaceutical model is also available.  

The MVA3 can form, fill, and seal up to four sachets per cycle and is rated at up to 70 cycles per minute with the utmost in seal integrity. It can pack more than one product in each sachet, such as cereal with powdered milk or instant soup with dehydrated vegetables. From the unit’s industrial PC touch screen, such key operating parameters as pressure, temperature, sealing time and length of the sachet are precisely controlled and recipes stored. Servo motors provide for fast, accurate adjustment. This machine is suitable for granulated, liquid, paste, powdered and solid products.
