With the recent installation of a POD 5-layer blown film extrusion line in Georgia, Macchi’s total number of markets served has increased to 88.
Its latest installation will allow a Georgia-based company in the beverage market to produce up to 500 kg/hour of collation shrink and stretch hood film. Water cooling of the extruders will also save the facility money in reduced energy consumption.
