After more than a decade of cooperation and collaboration, Constantia Flexibles has signed binding agreements to acquire a majority stake in TT-print, a Russian-based company that specializes in pharmaceutical packaging solutions.
The agreement was signed in late 2018 and is expected to close in Q1 of 2019.
“With this acquisition, we will be taking a leading position in the Russian pharma packaging industry,” notes Alexander Baumgartner, CEO of Constantia Flexibles. “It requires local presence to serve the rapidly growing Russian packaging market.”
