Flair Flexible Packaging has added Kerri Reichwald and Tracey Thede to the customer support team at Flair’s Appleton, Wisconsin office.  

 

Dedicated to enhancing Flair’s commitment to service, Reichwald and Thede will support customers’ needs, ranging from ensuring confirmation and continuity of orders to communicating technical information and facilitating samples.  

 

A graduate of the University of Wisconsin-River Falls, Reichwald has more than a decade of experience in service and support roles, her favorites being customer service, human resources and internal coaching and training.   

 

Thede, a graduate of Marian College in Fond du Lac, Wisconsin, has dedicated more than 20 years to customer service and inside sales positions, developing skills in every facet of client communication, relationship development, problem-solving and strategy development.
