All in Print (AIP) China held its 7th Spring Festival Gala Dinner on January 18, 2018, which gathered about 100 representatives from various international organizations and suppliers to provide updates on AIP news in the coming year.

Wang Yanbin, president of The Printing Technology Association of China, delivered the event’s welcome speech. Among those in attendance included representatives from the NPES, VDMA, UP Group, Goss, Yoco Shanghai, Ricoh, Fujifilm, Komori, Screen, Siegwerk, Taiyo Kikai, Basch, Avery, Omet and Cron.

According to Liu Yiping, general manager, exhibitions, Beijing Keyin Media & Culture Co., the2018 All in Print China – scheduled for October 24-28, 2018 – is about 70 percent full, with about 760 exhibitors on tap. The theme of the upcoming event will be “Enter the Era of Intelligent Printing,” and the show will occupy nine halls in the Shanghai New International Expo Center. Organizers are expecting more than 1,000 exhibitors and 100,000 attendees.

AIP 2018 will consist of seven thematic pavilions: digital pre-press, comprehensive printing, post-press converting, packaging equipment, ink and innovative materials, label industry and comprehensive equipment. Special display zones include a flexible packaging zone, corrugated carton zone and inkjet equipment zone. An “Innovation Factory” area will also present more specialty technologies.
