Contiweb and DG press ServiceS will showcase the Contiweb Thallo adaptable web offset press system for flexible labels and packaging at Labelexpo Europe from September 25-28 in Brussels.
The Thallo web offset systems are produced and distributed under a strategic partnership between Contiweb and DG press.
“The Contiweb Thallo variable-sleeve web offset hybrid system establishes a new level of productivity in packaging,” says Bert Schoonderbeek, managing director at Contiweb. “DG press’ innovation and technical expertise has created a hybrid design that allows labelling and packaging converters to combine the benefits of web offset with the advantages of flexo, gravure, screen and even digital processes, delivering optimum flexibility for label and packaging applications, without sacrificing print quality.”

The Contiweb Thallo has been distributed under partnership since drupa 2016, initially under the Goss International umbrella until Contiweb was announced as a standalone brand in March 2017. Contiweb and DG press showcased the Thallo’s extensive range of label and packaging applications with live demonstrations at a joint open house event in March this year.
