People Against Dirty’s Method cleaning products brand is the latest brand to join the growing How2Recycle program, as the label will be added to a new dishwasher detergent standup pouch package signifying recyclability at store drop-off locations.
The new line of Method dishwasher detergent packs will use Amcor Flexibles mono-material recyclable pouch solution, which contains 20 percent post-consumer recycled (PCR) plastic.
"We are delighted to help Method reach (its) sustainability goals through packaging innovation,” says Brian Ingraham, product development manager for Amcor Flexibles North America. “The PCR recyclable pouch is a great example of sustainability-driven collaboration that adds value to the Method brand, the consumers and the environment as a whole."
