Toray Plastics (America) has announced two promotions in its Torayfan division.
Amanda Whaley has been promoted to the position of key accounts manager, and Tammy Williamson is now an associate product manager.
Whaley most recently served as a product manager in that division, a position she had held since June 2015. She will now be responsible for managing strategic accounts.
“Amanda has been a terrific asset to the Torayfan team, meeting customers’ OPP needs, identifying new business opportunities and contributing to marketing strategy,” says Christopher Voght, senior director of sales and marketing for the Torayfan division at Toray Plastics (America). “We’re excited to grow with Amanda as she assumes her new responsibilities.”
Williamson most recently served the company as a sales and marketing analyst, a position she had held since August 2015. As an associate product manager, she is now responsible for overseeing marketing activities for strategic products.
“Tammy’s experience as an analyst has provided her with a solid understanding of customer and industry activity,” Voght says. “We look forward to having Tammy serve in this new capacity.”
