Wikoff Color has elected Theodore “Ted” Lapres III as a director of the company. Lapres joins Harvey Lowd, Pat Burns, Veda Clark, Karl Warnke, Phil Lambert and Geoff Peters as the seventh member of the board.

Lapres served as the president, CEO and director of Nypro Inc. from July 2006 until his retirement in 2013. Under Lapres direction, Nypro also became one of the largest employee-owned companies in the United States. Prior to joining Nypro in 1988, Lapres worked in public accounting with a “Big Four” firm and served as corporate controller for a flexible packaging company.

Additionally, he is a member of the Massachusetts Advanced Manufacturing Council and president of the Groton Conservation Trust. He also serves as chairman of the Community Foundation of North Central Massachusetts.
